The structure consists of 4 levels

Level -1 (-4.65 m. / -15 ft 4 in.) holds the ice-rink (30 x 60 m. / 98 x 189 ft.), which can be arranged in a short time to host the different activities ranging from ice hockey games, public and figure skating, and other sport events to concerts/shows, exhibitions, and conventions. There are 5 dressing rooms, a training area, and a fitness room available to the athletes; 4 dressing rooms are reserved for referees. They are all equipped with bathrooms. There is also a large public dressing room, a first aid area, and a public cafe/bar.
On Level 0, there is the first block of stands with 4 public restrooms, 8 press boxes, 2 snack bars, a VIP reserved area, and handicapped seating for 20 persons. The box office is situated outside the arena.
On Level + 1, there is a second block of stands with 4 public restrooms, 3 snack bars, the offices, a control room, and the fire and security services.
Level + 2 houses the press area which covers a total surface area of 500 sq. m. (5,400 sq. ft.) and restrooms that are also handicapped accessible.

 EXHIBITIONS AND CONVENTIONS
Thanks to a working area that is expandable from 1,800 sq. m. to 3,600 sq. m. (19,000 sq. ft. to 39,000 sq. ft.), the Ice Arena can host exhibitions and conventions with seating guaranteed for from 3,000 up to 8,000.

 CONCERTS AND PERFORMANCES
With arrangements that are suitable for the ice rink (that is, by covering the ice), the arena can also be used for music concerts and performances, with up to 8,000 seats available.

 ICE SPORTS AND OTHER SPORTING EVENTS
For ice hockey matches and other sporting events, the arena provides the availability of up 7,200 seats.
