Bolzano Exhibition Center offers its exhibitors miscellaneous services to support them with the organization of the tradeshow and to contribute to a smooth operation of the construction work.
The following technical services are at your disposal:

Power supply   [back]

The Bolzano Exhibition Center does not rent out electrical boards. The electrical system may be 220 V single-phase current or 380 V three-phase current. Connection and consumption up to 1 kw costs £50,000 + VAT. For every additional kw, from 2 through 8 and from 9 and above, the rate will be determined for each tradeshow.
The supply of electrical power must be requested by the relative deadline. In the case of late requests, the Bolzano Exhibition Center reserves the right to reject the request or to add an additional 50% charge on the amount due.

Water supply   [back]

The connection of water pipes and drains to the exhibitor’s stand costs £100,000 + VAT. Changes may be requested in writing and sent to the Bolzano Exhibition Center. All modifications will be invoiced separately.
This service must be requested by the relative deadline. In the case of late requests, the Bolzano Exhibition Center reserves the right to reject the request or to add an additional 50% charge on the amount due.

Telecommunication   [back]

The Bolzano Exhibition Center will provide the exhibitor with a connection for local telephone lines and for ISDN at his stand. The connection and the rent of a telephone handset cost £200,000 + VAT and ISDN connection costs £400,000. This amount does not include charges for local and long distance telephone calls.
Telephone reservations must be requested by the relative deadline. In the case of late requests, the user will be charged an additional £100,000.
The user will be charged for not returning or damaging the telephone handset.

SAT:
Satellite ASTRA 19° : 1 horizontal digital polarity(H), 1 vertical analog polarity (V), 1 horizontal analog polarity (H).
Satellite EUTELSAT: 1 vertical digital polarity (V)

TV: 
to receive a cable TV signal, it is possible to plug into the same switchbox. The following channels are available: RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3, Canale 5, Italia 1, RETE 4, ORF 1, ORF 2, SF 1, ZDF

Price: € 26.00 + VAT.

To receive a signal an analog or digital receiver is required.

Forklift service   [back]

During the construction and disassembly of your stand a forklift service may be used. This service may be  booked directly with the official carrier of the Bolzano Exhibition Center, SCHENKER Tel 0471-549711  - Fax 0471-549790 - Handy 335-1013340 / 339-4810540, giancarlo.chiappa@schenkerit.com.
This service is perforemd and invoiced independently by the aforementioned company.

Waste management   [back]

·          During construction and disassembly
The materials (plastic, wood, glass, paper, metal, etc.) must be removed according to  the regulations of the Landesamt für Landschaftsschutz (Provincial Office for Environmental Protection).

·          Collection of Waste at the Tradeshow
in cooperation with the Provincial Office for Environmental Protection of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, special containers for glass, metal, paper, plastic, etc. are positioned within the Exhibition Center premises. 

Exhibitors who do not comply with the regulations are required to pay for the waste disposal.

The Bolzano Exhibition Center works together with a cleaning company, and exhibitors have the possibility of engaging the company directly. Please contact the business office of the Bolzano Exhibition Centre for further information.
