When participating at a tradeshow, more than just the construction of the stand must be organized properly. There are also other important matters to be taken into consideration. For that reason, the Bolzano Exhibition Center provides other services in order to support our exhibitors at their very best.

ID cards [back]
Exhibitors and staff may pick up their ID cards on the first day of construction at the reception counter of the Exhibition Center. The number of ID cards is calculated on the basis of the stand size (additional ID cards may be purchased). ID cards may only be used by exhibitors and their staff, and the pavilions may only be entered twice a day. Any misuse will result in the cancellation of the ID card. No liability will be assumed for the loss of an ID card.

Parking [back]
During tradeshows, exhibitors may park in the pay underground parking lot near the Exhibition Center. Parking must be reserved with the Administration Office (please refer to the "General Technical Standards, Chapter 1.2.4").

Admission Tickets - Vouchers [back]
Exhibitors have the possibility of purchasing free admission tickets for their customers (50 tickets). After the tradeshow, every used ticket will be billed at the rate of €3.00 per ticket (20% VAT incl.). There is a discount of 15% for 201 – 500 used tickets and a discount of 30% for a purchase of more than 500. The tickets may only be provided to exhibitors upon written request.

Application for a Health Permit [back]
If food is sold at a stand, a special permit (€25.80) along with a declaration must be requested from the Health Department (Sanitätseinheit). The legal requirements must be strictly observed.
N.B.: the Health Permit may be picked up at the office of the Bolzano Exhibition Center before the beginning of the tradeshow. An amount of €16.00 + VAT is charged and must be paid directly. Late requests cannot be considered after the relative deadline.

Projection Equipment and Copyright Permission [back]Advertising involving the use of music, films, or video cassettes broadcasting a sound track inside the stand is only permitted if the proper authorization has been obtained from S.I.A.E., Via Dodiciville 12, I-39100 Bolzano, Italy, tel. +39/0471/973058.
The application may also be sent directly to the Bolzano Exhibition Center.

Insurance [back]The exhibitor may take out a fire and theft insurance policy valid throughout the duration of the tradeshow by paying £90,000 to the insurance company, Winterthur Bolzano. The limit of liability is £20,000,000.
