The warm welcome in Bolzano.
The traditional South Tyrolean dishes are genuine and tasty thanks to the natural and healthy products and produces used to prepare them. It is still possible to taste the ancient flavours of the gastronomy of this area because of the old roots that characterise this cookery. However, South Tyrol is a modern region as well and can offer a wide range of Italian and ethnic dishes in the lots of regional, Italian and ethnic restaurants of the town.

There is a self-service restaurant on the first floor of the fair, on the left side of the building. Fresh Line offers every day a wide range of genuine food, entrances, main dishes, vegetables, fruits and sweets. There are 450 seats available in a comfortable and air-conditioned room.
